FloatRs are a diverse group of professionals, including phlebotomists, specimen collectors, lab accessioners, data entry specialists, urine drug screeners, and more. FloatRs are professional, courteous, and punctual contractors who are highly motivated and eager to work on their schedule. FloatRs tend to enjoy the freedom and autonomy of working flexible hours for competitive compensation.

There are many benefits to becoming a FloatR. FloatRs enjoy the freedom of making their own schedule. Sign up for as many or as few shifts as you would like. How does FloatR work?
Once a FloatR completes the hiring process and downloads the FloatR app from the App Store or Google Play Store, they will begin to receive notifications of available shifts in their immediate area. FloatRs are free to sign up for as many shifts as they like. FloatR’s state-of-the-art mobile application allows the FloatR to:
- Sign up for and manage shifts
- Clock in and out of shifts
- Manager their payouts
- Complete desk audits
- Review important information about shifts, including locations, hours, and other details.
How to become a FloatR
Becoming a FloatR is easy! Here’s what to expect:
- Click the “Become a FloatR” button below and complete your initial application.
- Download the FloatR app from your app store and complete the login process.
- Upload your resume and complete the agreement in the FloatR app.
- Complete your Stripe account (so you can be paid when you work shifts).
- Apply for the positions you’re interested in (i.e., phlebotomist, specimen collector, etc.).
- One of FloatR’s hiring specialists will reach out and schedule a quick 15-minute interview.
- Once completed, you’ll be open to claim any available shifts. It’s that easy!
